Do not recommend Susan. She asked me to pay before and give her tip before painting my nails. I added $5 as a tip, she was smiling and “being nice” before my tip. Then after that she rushed, didn’t smile and did not offer me the massage that they offer to all clients. I definitely wont be doing my nails with her again. I am 8 months pregnant and would have appreciated the massage and some kindness. The nails were not good, didn’t love it.
Since I moved here I’ve tried many of the local salons and none compare to Beauty. Sure, some of the others are bigger or have chandeliers but when it comes to skill of technicians and guest hospitality this salon wins out. I’m the worst at keeping a schedule so I never have an appointment, I do call ahead and they’re usually ready to take me when I arrive. I’ve also used many of their nail technicians and can confirm they’re all great with gel manicures, regular manicures, and pedicures. Lastly, they’re SO hospitable! Pre-covid they used to offer you a water bottle upon arrival and there were phone chargers in the pedicure seat. I love a place that truly thinks about the whole experience, so I’ll keep coming back to Beauty!
Staff is so nice. Everything clean and cleaned in between customers. Gel manicure 4 days after my visit. Still perfect.
This salon has been redone very nicely. The pedicure chairs are very comfortable and the overall vibe is relaxing. The negative review is because my gel manicure barely lasted a day before it started chipping and peeling off. It felt like I was being rushed despite making an appointment and being one of the only ones in the salon.
nice place and I love there, they repoen this week, I've been to this salon on thursday,it's just great. Everyone is so sweet, there's a welcoming environment, and the ladies are very sanitary and careful.
